i'm still new to photography (and still new to composition) but even your 'bad' photos looked good to me - this was very informative and cool photos! keep it up!

I wouldn't wear black on a hot day, but being from Texas, low 90's in August is unseasonably cool for me. Actually, to your south, near Zagan, the weather has been remarkably cooler than last year, and way better than 2020. The rain keeps messing with the lighting though. Yesterday, I loaded up with some 100 speed film in a few cameras I am function testing, but by the afternoon it was cloudy, dark, and a little rain. When I called it quits, the sun came out. 😅 Great video, some nice shots. Agreed, Ektar is very good the last one.

Yea that happens alot in Poznań too. That’s why I try to avoid low iso film stocks, just in case the weather decides to change 😅 Glad you enjoyed the video!

Loved that final shot when I saw it on Instagram and it looked even better on the tv screen. Only used Ektar once before on 35mm but I might give it a go on 120 after watching this!

Thank you! I am also a fan of that last shot. Definitely my favourite off the two rolls. If you do give it another try, good luck!

Nice to see the Yashica in action again, I sometimes use the sports finder at eye level if needed 😉

The Yashica has lately been my go to again. It’s a great camera. I completely forgot about it at the moment of shooting that there is the sports mode. That would’ve helped.

Hi Adam, nice video and nice work, too! Have you tried holding your Yashica above your head and looking at the finder from below? For me, that's one great benefit of the waist-level finders (one I discovered rather late) - you're not only able to get pretty low views, you can also get nice overviews. Still no eye-level and you are probably going to look a liiiiitle bit weird to other people. Cheers!

Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoyed the video. I have tried that once. I felt awkward and stopped, But I definitely need to practice it and start using it like that from time to time.

Shooting Ektar at 400 ISO and pushing it two stops in development is great for portraits on Ektar.

Really? Never seen anybody pushing ektar before and I am really curious on how it looks. Might need to try it in the future.
