After all this time, your skills haven't faded at all. I have been to camps at lock haven and seen your banner on the wall. Then I saw you on a show on flo wrestling. I didint know what your story and how you got screwed in worlds. Keep on going man, you might think that your career was a "failure" but I can tell you that many people think different in a positive way.

HELPFUL TIP: When going for this move always remember good posture. do NOT hesitate to hit this. and as you bring the guy up secure the reverse half so you can bring the guy down straight to his back! thats why it is CRUCIAL to keep the other hand in collar tie!

@TheRealTingAling Just to add on to that, for those doing folk-style wrestling, you also need to have one point of contact to the mat before putting you opponent down. (in other words you should have at least one knee on the mat before you put him on his back)

do yourself a favor and strengthen up. Technique is the number 1 priority. but no reason you can't work on both. Getting stronger without gaining weight is more than possible.

I was wondering your professional opinion on basics developing the body like lower back with bridges deadlifts, etc before getting really good at damaging game changing throws for mma purposes for a guy who is a striker just learning decent single legs and doubles?I think it would be great to be a guy who can not only do a single leg, but throw a guy on his head and knock him out. YOu just don't see it that much in MMA save rampage. I think guys in mma just don't make it a priority in training as most are just learning basic wrestling to get in position to submit. Another good question how do you avoid being TKOd yourself from a nasty slam, tuck your head, arms out? Lastly, congrats on your dedication, videos, and career.
