What can i use to replace cooking wine if i don't consume alcohol?

Cooking wine is not necessary. It is just to get rid of smell of chicken. You can dip the chicken in milk for hour or so. That will do better job. Enjoy yr meal~

What I mean by dipping in milk is dip chicken before you fry them. Before frying batter. That also eliminates chicken smell
