This video explains how to make cheap beef as tasty and juicy as possible by using various prep techniques and temperature control of grilling. He’s using American beef this time, much cheaper than Japanese ones. I love American and Aussie beef as well. Oh, he says pickling beef in pineapple paste for 6 hrs makes beef too tender, smell like slightly pineapple and loses meat juice miserably.
