Chess should not be about who has better mouse clicking5dragging skills. He also refuses to pre-move. I agree that pre-moving should not be allowed as it is an instant move made by the computer. For online chess, time limits should be per move, not per game. No increments and no pre moving. The outcome of a game should strictly be determined by chess skill.
