I was introduced to exercise due to an accident. I recovered well and was introduced to weight training and didn't get expected results and got hurt. At that point I saw ur beer bicep video helped a lot but this one is different level and resolved a lot of questions/doubts and fear because gym trainers are not capable to explain things. Thanks Ranveer. Kris - bow down to you. I have downloaded this podcast and prepare notes out of it. It will be a guiding path for me. Lots of love respect and happiness to you from India.

The thing is I've been on a plant based diet for about a year now, my fitness has been on a different level. In the. Middle i did experiment with chicken, eggs and fish and i felt a negative impact. I really do not know what he is talking about . I've had 2 knee surgeries and switching to a plant based diet really accelerated my recovery and strength.

For creatine, the recommended dosage in my opinion should be 3-5 gms for maintenance. 20 gms is only when loading and should not be daily. Rather loading would be 5 days max. Please correct if I am wrong
