Yess love this topic ❤❤❤❤❤ and is so true … like we all need a healthy relationship with food and change lifestyle habits around foodies !!!! Consciously eating and knowing what you put in your gut is so important…Because the food you put into your body’s will determine your ; looks - weight -though mental capacity, skin issues and disease issues! All the supermarket artificial products all the process food is poison for you’re gut and still we keep putting dead food in our bodies … like biscuits cookies chips or soups in package it’s sits there for many many years in the supermarket and we eat them 😖 while our body should only have fresh food not older than 3 hours to consume … expect for healthy nuts unsalted unsweetened unbaked ❤

2 points that are categorically wrong: Many meals a day are much worse than having slightly larger meals (not overeating/gorging). Over the long term - you are likely to develop insulin resistance. (refer to the works of Jason Fung, The Obesity Code) Also, when you eat a meal - it doesn't go in a single file. It is mixed in your stomach. So the order of eating matters, not because the carbs are being absorbed 1st but because protein makes you feel fuller more than carbs. As a result, you end up eating less calories before you are full.
