usually when we are explaining exercises, we are not as fast with out tongue coming to subtle points. the ease with which you explain Kristi reveals all the hard work that went behind your flowing movements. for me it's hard to follow doing but it's not hard to understand the physics of a skill. hats off!

Tomorrow I am going to try these tips. We had the open last weekend and couldn't do the T2B properly. We did parts of these during our trainings but forget about it. Now I noted all down and will work on it from tomorrow on. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.

I agree...awesome explanations!!! I will be working on your suggestions...I can hit the bar, but im hesitating at the bottom of the swing...I feel like my knees are bent alot more?

Bar muscle ups please!! 🙏🏼 I know I’m plenty strong enough, but I have such a problem chicken winging them and I don’t know how to string them together. I have a hard time popping my hips to get me higher up over the bar. And I love your videos, thank you!

So glad I found this. I can do TTB but I can’t string any together. I am going to work on my hollow and arc holds more and practice more with knees and kick backs. The TTB on 23.1 killed me.
