I loooove starchy sides! Potato salad, pasta salad, you name it. I tried your pasta salad recipe and it was fab. Making it again today. This time I’m using a can of chicken instead of the pepperoni. I like the Great Value brand and using the large can. Also had about a third large, raw zucchini left over from another dish so I chopped it and threw it in. It’s like you mentioned, great recipe for changing it up if needed. I love all of your videos. Keep em coming girl!

If you have a lemon bar recipe that you like, switch out the lemon zest and lemon juice for lime zest and key lime juice. Amazing!!!

I'm a side dish eater too. I can make a meal out of a variety of them. lol You should use kitchen scissors for cutting those crispy potatoes. I bet they would easier than a knife. 🙂

My Grammy could not stand to see anything on the table in its original packaging! She’d give a disapproving look and say, “My, this is gracious living” if the salad dressing bottle or sour cream tub or whatever found its way onto the table. She’s been gone for too long now, but I still hear her remark when the boys put the BBQ sauce bottle on the table, etc. I always decant into a dish or a small pitcher. My husband thinks it’s dumb and wasteful to dirty up the extra dishes, but it’s the way my Grammy and my Momma did things and the way I was raised!

I made the cake! It is amazing! I took your advice and added half milk. It worked like a charm. I also did not wait until the cake was completely cooled. It was about 40 minutes after it came out of the oven. I thought maybe a little warmth would help the mixture go to the bottom of the holes. Thanks for the recipe and the extra advice! ❤

What's interesting is my local Kroger-owned store does not seem to have the Kroger brand of Creamy Italian dressing. It has some other Kroger brand dressings but not that. It does have the Kraft brand though.

Kristen…the purple onions are called red onions. 🤣🤣Everything looks great except the smashed potato salad…I like smashing the potatoes like that but adding garlic & parm to them for a hot side dish! So yummy! But I love potato salad! I’m DEF going to try that salad dressing in my next pasta salad! I could eat pasta salad everyday!! 🤣🤣 I like using the tri-color pasta for my pasta salad also!

I did a similar coconut cream pineapple cake like this. Take a can of condensed milk, a tub of cool whip, add some coconut shavings and crushed pineapple and a splash of pineapple juice fold it all together til mixed and then spread it over a cooled pineapple cake base. Let it set, then and add some crushed graham cracker crumbs to the top.

Same - and people always ask me what I did to the taco salad to make it taste so good.… it seems like Italian dressing wouldn’t go with taco salad, but it goes perfectly. I also use it on pasta salad with salad supreme, it’s the best combo. I hate bland pasta salad that tastes like plain pasta. 😂 Great job Taylor

Everything looks so yummy. Tip for smashing potatoes like that spray the bottom of glass with cooking spray oil before you smash them they won't stick. We eat smashed like with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.

Anytime my grandma made a poke cake, she would use the end of a wooden spoon to poke the holes. Then top with whipped cream. That way the icing was in the cake. I’m going to make the smash tater salad! My family loves smashed taters.
