Well I have eczema and I find working the lymph nodes 3x a days provides excellent permanent results the next day. I won't be surprised if people with clogged up lymph due to other illnesses will find it just as beneficial. Another good indicator a part of your body is blocked off is when you see a lingering body ailment lasting for more than several days.

This is very good. However, I would recommend using a sound editor or a peek limiter for recording. The reason for this is that to follow the routine the listener needs to be away from the desk. When the sound is up loud enough to hear the spoken instructions, the sounds become like screaming during exercises and it is hard to follow along. If the sound was balanced this would greatly improve the effectiveness of the video. Thank you for the instruction.

Sat Nam all - you can practice this kriya every day if you choose. It will work best as a 40 day practice. It is suitable for anyone - just do it to the best of your ability. Yes it will be fine for alcoholism - refrain from drinking at least 24 hours before. blessings to all

I just did this yoga exercises today because I have been dealing with lymphatic inflammation during past weeks and WOW! My collarbones areas feel so relaxed now. That's where I have usually the worst problem with my lymphatic system. How often can I do this?. Thank you!

I have a question about this, is it suitable for someone who has not done much yoga before and probably has a larger amount of toxins in the body? Are there any side-effects like headache, nausea etc when toxins leave the body? I was looking for a way to cleanse the lymphatic system because I have developed a large cyst in my stomach and this looks very powerful, but I don't want to do something that my body is not ready for.

Sharon Cullen I too have primary lymphedema. Please investigate if there is someone in your area who does Electro Lymphatic Drainage (ideally someone who is also a certified lymphedema therapist). It helps like crazy!!!!!!!!!

Marion Eloff it is a form of lymphatic drainage using a special machine and I have found it to be much more effective than regular manual lymphatic drainage. Google it and some information will come up. Xoxoox

You need to hydrate yourself if you are getting dizzy. Drink water and pay attention to how you feel as you are doing the postures. Go slower...
