Funny (?) how advice about vitamins and minerals, and nutrition in general, is relegated to KZbin, et al, and entirely avoided by PCPs and MAs in the medical world. Thanks, Forrest, for encouraging our behavior!

It's not even that we don't have enough nutrients in the food we're receiving. We also have things we're receiving that are stripping those nutrients out of us. One of the reasons why I'm so blessed because I'm in Florida and only need to get a tank to start having access to some of the best drinking water from springs. Which oddly enough, my body tells me that if you find the right spring here it will take care of all of the nutrients I need with a high fruit diet. Which as I said in my previous comment I'm dirt poor, so it actually kind of lines up once it gets going. But it's hard to do that with no money and make that type of switch from ramen death to eating life. One of those times would be helpful if I knew several farmers lol

Hi Forrest, I have found many of your tips useful although I have been practising Vajrayana Buddhism rather than Kriya Yoga. Do you recommend RDA doses of B and D or larger doses for Kundalini issues?

All I have is these gigantic rushes. Basically. I can't even really have a peaceful meditation half the time. There's always so much going on. And I'm dirt poor at the moment so having a proper diet is pretty difficult. I still in comparison have likely a much better diet than most Americans, but in comparison isn't that great honestly. Any suggestions?

I used to take my multivitamins but stopped a few months ago. Thank you for reminding me. Also, since I'm here, I've got a question. I've reached the 1 level of tranquil breath where the "rapid" breathing starts and you "breathe with your lower belly." This stage is sort of uncomfortable for me because I feel like taking a huge breath, and I feel the pressure of the vagus nerve on my chest as well. Will this automatically transition to the next stages if I keep reaching this state everyday is there anything I can do to make this easier? Thank you, btw you're a proper guru, Forrest. Your advice has genuinely taken me to the next level of sadhana. The experiences I'm having are next level!! You are the man !!! 🫵🙏🙏🙏😁
