I have noticed the time between the burps decreasing, but also I dont always burp. I think the days I dont burp I have a relatively clearer stomach when I sit to meditate. Thank you Forrest Ji you are the man !! Can your next video be on how to sync the gazing at kuthastha, doing the ujjayi sound, and Oming into the chakras at the same time? Thank you, you are the best!!

I never knew it was called pratyahara. I was taught to do this by a yogi who came in my meditation. The yogi entered and showed how it was to be done. It was way back, I think, it was a year or two later that my Dad found Kriya Yoga, and a year later after my Dad, that I joined. However, the kriyas never gave me that much enjoyent which I already felt from my already known paths. So just discarded practicing it, just went on doing my own way. I still remember the yogi saying like the other day. "The illusion of movement exists because there are two bodies. The neck above and the neck below. And when both are connected, the illusion slowly exits." Doing it, almost immediately, the sense of legs go away, then hands, then stomach and everything. It was kind of entertaining how I can move my hand freely stretch it endlessly, but the physical hand itself won't move. when it reaches the eyelids, similar stuff happened. I am sorry, something in me tells I shouldn't share. Nevertheless, I think that from this knowing of the complete body, supernatural powers manifest. Kind of amazing how I am again getting a feeling, I shouldn't share this as well lol. Nevertheless. Really great video. Dhanyavad: Yogi Paramatma Knutsonji.

Interesting! It has never happened to me. What happens to me over and over again is that my mouth get filled with saliva. It doesn't bother me, though. I simply swallow it. I feel it signals the activation of my parasympathetic nervous system. Thanks for sharing, Forrest! Blessings and blissings!

That's exactly right. There a number of processes in the body that shut down during stress and are reactivated in the parasympathetic. Amazing, right! 🤩🪷🙏

This comment was helpful. I remember this but I was annoyed by it. My body was getting nearly fully numb like where forrest talks about just my head was a box in one video. I was annoyed I felt the swallowing was bringing me into awareness of my body. I never had burps but had this many times. Thank you for the understanding.

Pranams Forrest ji. I have recently started following your channel and doing meditation according to your guidelines of HRV. I have found a totally different experience while doing this. So far I think I have not experienced the proofs but I am enjoying this. Also I can feel my left year pulsating during and after meditation sometimes. I am just curious to know if you have come across someone having similar experience . Thanks and heartfelt gratitude 🙏

Love it! I don't know if this is what some people call the heart chakra knot 😅 For me was resolved with deep deep sigh. As you said at the beginning this deep sigh took longer time, but now is right away when I set myself to meditation. But do not know if the same, but it resolved the pressure up to the crown.

This happens to me every single time, but it doesn't so much end up coming out as a burp unless I do it on purpose, but it is a burp. I always assumed it was just the stomach muscles loosening. As from previous comments, you may remember me describing a great deal of tension from PTSD I'm working through. So I often tense up more as I get into a deeper meditation before it all releases. Now I've never been able to completely tell if that tension up is an actual tensing up, or if it is simply that my attention is on it So much that it seems like that. Before that rush of energy I always get a rush of wind energy up the small of my back. Now when I first started meditating I ended up taking myself and meditating in the closet where there could be no light or wind. Because I would so clearly feel it and there was nothing that should be blowing on me. Also, I was getting lights and I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just sunshine coming through my eyelids. Well I can tell you with certainty that it absolutely wasn't.. as it all kept going on regardless of being in the closet with no lights or breeze or air conditioner... It happens to me every time. Though I'm going to tell you that it's actually been very often as of lately that when this happens, it's over. It gets stuck when it otherwise wasn't actually stuck before that even. And I already had the energy clearly traveling. And I don't know what's going on with that. But yeah I'm getting major blocks at my solar plexus, heart, and throat. And it didn't used to be like this at all. It's actually starting to really irritate me. As I'm really not finding any reason besides just having the PTSD I'm working through. It seems to be the only reason. My muscles are so tight that it causes a lot of pain and when I turn my attention to that pain well of course it automatically causes me to tension up like I'm focusing. Quite the little trap. Now there's a lot of positive because it's definitely fast. Tracked me a lot of these processes happening next quicker for me that I'm hearing other people. To be honest, I must have practiced this in a past life. It's all been so incredibly intuitive. And I would assume it is, but as purposely held myself back from learning from somebody like you because of all the experiences I was having. And I didn't want anything muddy in that information to where I might make up those experiences for myself. And I have a great reference to it because I've done many, many, many psychedelic trips. So I have a good reference point of how intense the experience is actually are. And that point that out because I notice a lot of people without that reference point, they can literally rub their eyes and get some color and think that that's some amazing experience. Sorry if that was you at one point. Forrest but there's much more right? Lol Now before it was actually that it would happen as you're describing with the kriya yogis and how they try to transfer it. That was kind of automatically happening. The whole thing was pretty automatic. This could have to do with the fact that I often orbit the energy around me because it's what it seems to want to do and I find the most comfortable when I'm already around 6 to 8 ft around. But I can't always find that sphere so clearly. So when I burp it doesn't necessarily completely release. I've noticing my process is slightly different from what you're saying. So I've been normally letting it kind of roll up in and out of my head. It doesn't always do that though, and like I'm saying lately it's getting stuck right where it's happening. Actually not right where but pretty much in that general area like it kind of expands out. And also like I'm saying lately that's pretty much been the end of my meditation and it's really irritating me because it happens pretty fast. It's normally about 5 minutes if that. I'll try to follow it right up through my throat them out and I'll go ahead and visualize it releasing out. You know another thing that's normally happened right around there because I'm heavy ridiculous amount of muscle spasms all over my body because the entire body is trying to be released. Which is great, but at the same time when it happens to my entire body like that, it then tenses me up. I've gotten past the feeling of falling apart and I'm past that part of the jerk. But it's still ends up pulling me out of it. You know Forrest every day I go through trying to identify an emotion going on the center of these tension and this pain. I'm really just doing circles at this point, so I'm not sure what's going on. I do have my theories but there's not all that much I can do about it. As I do have some negative people in my life that I can't just cut out. And they are certainly holding me back. And soon it will be able to put some distance I think. But that might not be possible either. At least it's not possible without me being a massive a******....... Okay one more thing. So lately I've actually been visualizing in particular my solar plexus, actually it's only been my heart, throat and third eye. Sometimes my solar eclipse is heart and throat, and I often find a little center in between the heart and throat that I need to go ahead and release as well. But I have been finding when I do all three of those at the same time in a visualization and I'm kind of rhythmically working on all of them. It does seem to help a lot? What are your thoughts on that? And what are your thoughts on orbiting? The energy around me like I was? I asked because I know that there's really a certain kind of circuitry or pathway. You could call it. And it does seem to me that it absolutely who can matters. What way you do these things. And I've been told and taught in the past many many times that it doesn't matter. With how clear my experiences are feeling all this, I can't help to think that it absolutely matters. So yeah I'm trying to figure out the right ways. And it can be hard to just intuitively feel it out because I have all the tension I'm dealing with. Sometimes something feels very blissful and good, but it's really not on that high levels for level. It's just that I had so much tension beforehand that comparison of relativity it seems that way Great video, thanks as always. I needed this one last year to tell you the truth lol and I can't help to think that maybe you actually made this in part because of me. Cuz like you said, there's only been a few students. And I've kind of described this happening in the past, but I didn't bring up the burp in particular because I didn't assume it was really anything special. You have to understand my whole body is basically tightened up so that's including my muscles and things like my eyes, my lips and obviously in my gut. So yeah, when it released I just figured it was tough muscles releasing. So it's really good to know. Would it actually is because I can use that as a proof I suppose. But I don't really need them. I get almost every one of these proofs as soon as I think about them lol no joke. It's just the quality of it varies and the level that I hold on to it varies. But I can certainly get into it very quickly and pretty much in any environment as I'm living in my car and have had to be meditate and all sorts of whacked out positions and environments at this point. I first noticed this more in a self-taught very active and intense version that you described in the Mulabunda Warning video about a month ago. I don’t have the right vocabulary to describe it but it starts with an extreme squeeze between the tops of my feet, up the legs to the mulabunda. From there I keep the extreme tension up chakra to chakra. As that tension hits the throat I’ll often need to back down to let that little burp out to unblock going higher. It’s a lot of work and exhausting but when I’m done the natural wave of relaxation and the techniques you espouse here and elsewhere come much more naturally to me. I’ve felt the sort of sensation in extreme tension and relaxation and the relief is the same. It’s burp LIKE but different from a normal burp. Very controlled; like a “reverse swallow” instead of popping balloon.

I rarely burp, but I almost always yawn during Navi. Never new why. Now I know! Thanks for the great information. Also, the dynastic Kriya lineage does 3 rounds of Navi.

Yay! I have my answers! Thank you so much, Forrest. I didn't encounter this earlier and now this is coming quite often. Does this mean that you are not doing your navi properly or you are doing it properly? Hope I am not asking a daft question. lol 🙏🌹🌹🙏

Burping in that instance is letting go. It's energy moving. Sometimes this can also manifest as yawning, coughing or even dry heaving in extreme cases. If you are moving energy in your body in meditation (or if it's just happening spontaneously) burp. Fart. Yawn. What ever.. let it out. You are not your mind are you are certainly not your body. Don't worry so much.

Navi kriya does that the burp rises up steadily as if it was waiting for that burp. The yawn comes as the pranayama is coming to the end ( almost towards 144 breaths)

I have had this for months. I noticed that it's different and not dependant on what I ate. Compared to the discomfort, the burp is rather small but releases all sense of nausea and pressure (tightness). I suspet I have vagus nerve problems brcause of injuries I sustained in a severe car crash 30 years ago. I changed in many ways after that. Just recently I discovered vagus nerve damage or impingement causes the symptoms I've had ever since.

Amazing message because recently about 6 months or so I noticed a series of Burps , so loud and lots of it - never stoped 😅 I thought I had swallow a lots of air But I guess it was actually a totally cleanse and now I guess thats it!!💪🏼💃🏻💯💎 The old people Mother Grand parents tought me swallow it because it was not nice…😅 It was stucked in my shoulders… Bad pain, 😮‍💨😮‍💨 My heart has so much Love for you, this beautiful lesson and video!!
