What a shame. Born and raised in the east county of San Diego (El Cajon, Santee, Lakeside). It wasn't like this when I left for Idaho in 1991. And that little girl! The police should go through ALL the resident camps and look for children who may be victims of this horrible crime. Thank the good Lord that little girl was found.

California loves their homelessness my dad used to been driving in El cajon and there was this homeless guy who never had any problems just jumped in front of his car and then he stopped but in court he had to be fined like 12,000
