@@aizenfordpagulong264 they know and understand that u are gonna be nervious, just be totally honest and tell the interviewer that you will do your best even tho you are nervious. Now, main concern in some cases (actually im doing so amazingly well that im just 2 weeks into taking a course to become the next supervisor in the next months) is that you will be there just during training and leave before nesting/production. They will ask the typical "where do you see youself in the next 6 months/1 year/some years" the best way for the 6 months responding in a way that u make the interviewer know that you wont leave that quickly, for example "well, maybe in 6 months i could know enough about the service/product that i could be some sort of support for other agents" or "i see myself starting some savings to buy a motorcycle(thats what i said lol)" and in 2 years? "Well, comming here on my bike! Maybe even a car" The idea is make them feel like by hiring you they are gonna help you fullfill your dreams~ And about fluency, just practice practice and practice!

First hired by Teleperformance 9 yrs then Capital One, now with Paypal working frm home almost 2 yrs now since the pandemic. Now i came to realized and appreciated her job. Your channel is very helpful to everyone especially who don't have experience in a call center interview as well as fresh graduates in secondary level or college graduates and planning to apply in a BPO industry. Someone gets an idea of how to answer the question from the employer and how to speak clearly and confidently. At the same time, Someone can learn how to think properly and answer the right question. Hi po, gusto ko lang mag thank you. Sobrang laki po ng tulong ng mga vlog mo. No bpo experience po ako kaya nag rely ako sa mga videos mo po. Ayun 4months na po ako sa company na pinapasukan ko. Naipasa ko rin po yung berlitz sa unang take ko. Sobrang thankful po ako kasi nakatulong ang mga videos mo.

I love this video,because honestly after not working in a bpo company for 6 months my confidence now and vocabulary has gone ...and that made me failure to get a job because I'm no longer capable answering Q and A with confident and when i saw this it's teaches me so much to work build my confidence again thank you ...😕😭💘💗
