Whoa. Physical Exercises to improve mental concentration. Not at all what I expected. But if TONY ROBBINS works with you, that earns you tons of credibility in my book. I consider Tony the authority on understanding how our brains work. So it looks to me, like you are saying that we need to train our brains to focus on separate hands doing opposite actions at the same time… and that is what improves our focus. 👁👁 🧠 👁👁 🧠 👁👁 I like the way that you explained the two peaks in juggling. That made it seem not so impossible with practice. But you lost me when you added more without more instructions. I was trying to think of other artistic actions using the hands, when I remembered drumming. One hand may be hitting a high hat while the opposite hand is Beating at different times and a different speed on the snare drum or tom-toms. Then you could add in the feet with one on the base and one on the high hat petals. 🤩🤩🤩 This would actually work better for me, since I’m not a great catch or tosser when it comes to balls. If you don’t have a drum set, like me, you can hit table tops, or anything around the house with some sticks or just your hands. 🥁 🥁🥁🥁🥁. So does this mean that drummers or guitar players 🎸 with one hand fingering and the other hand strumming, have better concentration and focus? Or have I not understood your lesson correctly? Btw I always loved Spider-Man because… (unlike Superman or Batman) …he’s the down and out hero that nobody understands or accepts. But even though nobody ever gives him any appreciation, recognition, awards, or applause, he’s still works hard, and sacrifices a lot, trying to do good things for people with his superpowers. We both have reasons to relate to this universe.

Thats interesting to hear, similarly in sanatan dharma if a person is dedicated to his/her spiritual practices like mala jaap , kanthasthikaranam which basically means reciting shlokas while doing some mudras (gestures) , he/she is able to build focus and increase the memory. But sadly people are very ignorant and they literally say that its illogical.
