Such a wonderful video, Dave. I just bought a pair of parallettes a few months back. However, only an Olympian can teach us about their benefits, in-depth. Since I am a newly certified personal trainer, this quite inspiring towards understanding different methods of development.

Train with the hand placement how you intend to perform the skill. Wow, so simple I could never figure that out 😂
