Doing Medicine Qi Gong exercises BEFORE meditating can also help deepen and stabilize any meditation work.
Developed in the Traditional Chinese Medicine system (TCM), this set of Medicine Qi Gong exercises use gentle physical movements, visualizations, colour, sound, and focused breathing.
The posture when doing all the exercises in this demonstration can be either standing, sitting, or reclining -- or a mix of all three.
IMPORTANT -- do NOT cause strain or exhaustion to yourself when doing these exercises. They are for HEALING and IMPROVING health. If you get tired before the end of the exercises, then stop and resume when you have the energy.
