T A Yet you failed to mention any. They could be fake, for all we know. You need to post reputable sources when you trash someone else's video. These aren't gymnastic, they're just yoga poses, essentially. All the methods used are used in multiple practices. It did lack in martial arts poses my courses showed, but this is basic warm-up that won't cause physical harm for a beginner.

This is wonderful!. I've always been sensitive to energy, usually able to ground myself in nature. But after I received my Reiki Master level attuned, things got all topsy turvy. I suffered from several vertigo attacks, as well as constant inner body vibrations. To the point last night I struggled to sleep. This practice settled all the body vibrations right down and I actually was able to close my eyes by the end of the standing meditation! It used to trigger a vertigo attack if I closed my eyes standing outside on the grass (super sensitive to the incredible beautiful energy Gaia offers) I'm a Qigong newbie that is definitely hooked! Thank you for sharing your gifts and knowledge with us!

Hello, were your body vibrations like an internal buzzing? I experienced this many years ago and have also suffered vertigo. I wonder if the two are linked? I I absolutely loved the standing meditation too!
@AtlanteanHighPriestess2 жыл бұрын
@@_Journi2u YES! I wonder if this is what being a bee feels like lol. So what I have learned is that they are both signs of ascension. Last January I experienced a spontaneous Kundalini awakening. I spent several months healing my past emotional Trauma, pretty much 24/7, while living in a very toxic environment. Energetically, it felt really "conflicting"and I think that was what triggered my first hellish vertigo attack. After 4 hours of nonstop vertigo my roommate called 911, I was scared I was having a stroke or something. I messaged my Reiki teacher the next day and he told me it sounded like I was ascending too quick that my physical body couldn't keep up with my spiritual body. As for the buzzing he said this is a positive sign and it's important to surrender and smile (he always says to smile but it's great advice). Qigong helps me so much when the Kundalini energy becomes too intense.

Okay, I'm not prescribing this or acting like your doctor. I'm only speaking as one person. With my Kardia Mobile (a home EKG monitor) I occasionally have PVCs premature ventricular contractions. This can or cannot be normal. If I have that, I do a round of Qigong for Beginners or another online set with Marisa. I don't want to say this always works because that would be unhelpful to me or to anyone reading and it could be misleading. But I had that situation this morning and just did my post Qigong test: Normal Sinus Rhythm: 61 BPM. Again, each body is different.

Just found your video, watched it first time, loved every minute of it. This is going to be included in to my daily routine from now on. At this moment I m in the lowest point in my life. Having lots of pain in left side of my stomach, daily life is so stressful. Had 2 Endoscopy done, stomach, body scan, Ultrasound etc. No official diagnosis yet, but the hospital doc said it be nasty. My energy level is nonexistent, fatigue and tiredness is big time. I m really glad I found this, it put a smile on my face watching it all the way. So I m going to put this on top of the list for my daily routine. Thank you so much and God bless.x

I am relatively new to Chi gong and have been loving your videos and short sessions. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and found chi gong to be really helpful in calming my nervous system and increasing my energy levels.

Dear Marissa, This was one of the most relaxing experiencing I have yet participated in. Your soothing voice and peaceful and centered approach to the practice really drew me in. I have been a nurse for 8 years, but the last 2 years since the pandemic, really sent my physical and mental body into overdrive. I have recently been stopped dead in my tracks by the heavenly beings. Certain health concerns have come about that have brought awareness to my well being and my failure to pay attention to my body. I turned 30 last week and heard a wake up call to my own health and mental/physical needs. Today was the first day I have practice Qigong. I have been meditating for multiple months now, without a missed day. This beautiful practice is what has been missing in my daily routine. Thank you for this gift and I feel blessed to have found your channel. I hope this message finds you well. Sending light and love

Trying to teach myself Qigong through KZbin is hard but your video by far has been the best I found, I was truly transported into my self, with my eyes closed in a meditative state and moving solely with your voice instruction it was a wonderful experience.

I'm currently a massage therapy student and we just completed Shiatsu. They only spent a few days teaching us about harnessing Chi and using it for healing others, so I wanted to dive more in depth learning about Chi. I'm using this to practice moving Chi. Thank you, I love the narration.
