@@Chris_CDB do u know how to bleed air out of coolant after this process. There seems to bubbles coming from radiator in coolant tank

@@calebdrezel9090 the system should self bleed, just keep an eye on the coolant level after a few runs.

Got same problem with l405 sdv8 garage have informed warranty company about the housing but in my eyes the pump is whining too 😳 I can see me having fun with this one great vid 👍

Thanks mate, yea unfortunately the engines are Ford by design, so they come with Ford problems! Hope the warranty company will play ball!

Should pretty much bleed itself after a few drive cycles, you may need to top it up once or twice .

Hi i Got coolent leak and the water inside smells and brown too, seems like some sort of corroded like a rusty color. Engine alwys at normal temp no over heating. drives fine, Just the coolent smells like oil at times when dripping. any advise!🙏🏻

Hi mate, if the coolant inside the bottle smells like oil and it’s rusty colour it may be that you have a lack of antifreeze in it and it’s just water, if it’s leaking and you are just topping up with water it will continue to dilute the antifreeze that’s in the system and over time start to rot the engine from the inside out. I would have the system pressure tested to find the leak and then rectify it, then drain, flush and refill with a good antifreeze mix, and go from there mate.

This isn't the thermostat it's just a junction/outlet. Thermostat is down below at front of block
