There is also a magnific duet that she sings with an another unbelievable singer (Maurane who is also Belgian, there were friends). The song is called: ''Tu es mon autre''. Je suis malade is a song by Serge Lama, released in 1973 as a single and on the album Je suis malade. Written by Serge Lama on a music composed by Alice Dona, the song became the most emblematic title of the repertoire of Serge Lama who regularly takes it on stage 3. History The song Je suis malade was inspired by a real heartbreak of Serge Lama, the story of a long secret relationship. In 1969, the singer met Michèle Potier in Chamonix. Love was a certainty, but neither of them was free: he had married Daisy Brun, his press agent, in 1968, and she was married and had a son. They love each other in secret for several years and promise to regain their freedom, but Michèle hesitates and finally flees him and settles in Morocco for professional reasons. Lama is desperate, he wants to put words on his pain without succeeding, until the day he confides in his friend Alice Dona: "this story hurts me, it makes me sick. Allo SoFie, j'ai récemment entendu la version de Dalida dans un film biographique, bien que je la respectait comme artiste, j'ai trouvé sa version bien päle face à l'artiste ici représentée, les goûts sont bien à tous et chacun, mais pour moi, l'originale de l'auteur est excellente, c'est bien sûr une chanson magnifique mais personne ne l'interprète comme Lara, une technique et des dynamiques renversantes, mais surtout un tour de force de communication d'émotions fortes, une histoire transmise par la maitrise du vocal et de la gestuelle, le support de la production est considérable, mais de réussir cela live est tout un exploit, Lara est dans une classe à part!

Thank you Sofie for your bilingual reaction. I love it. I saw many reaction to this performance and i prefer girl's reactions. I don't know,,,, they seemed more moved by this song or more concerned, maybe because in this song it's about a girl's heartbreak. I remember a girl reaction OMG, she was crying from the first note to the very last note! she was trying very hard to stop crying and say something but she just can't ! She finaly said it was HER story.
