"what environments are you wanting people to know you're gay" "like, the plasma donation center" is an insane two-liner and i'm adopting it into my lexicon immediately

They test all the blood/plasma anyway, whether the person is gay or not, cant imagine that there's centers that put that rule into effect, we always need blood. And even straight people can get hiv.

To the girl who was worried about the sleeping arrangement!! : my parents have been together for over 30 years, and are the only married couple I know that are still madly into each other. They flirt infront of people regularly lol. They have a very healthy relationship AND my mom snores loud af, while my dad is a light sleeper. They’ve slept in separate rooms for most of my life. It’s never seemed weird to me, simply because I’ve been exposed to that- but he wakes up early to bring her coffee in bed in the morning, it’s very sweet. It’s ok to sleep separately, and it will make you seeing him in the morning even better. 💜

Same exact situation here! When I got a little older I started to realize it wasn’t “normal” that they slept apart and thought it was weird but then when I became an adult and lived with partners I was like oh yeah no I get it. There’s nothing wrong with it.

This!! Honestly I bet a good amount of couples might be happier (in the relationship as also as individuals) if they slept in separate beds. Disrupted sleep will impact all areas of your life negatively.

For the gay caller wanting to look gayer: ironic statement earrings, thumb rings, campy/artistic makeup vs beauty makeup, jacket with sewn on queer patches, queer band tshirts all should help!

Also just dying your hair a non traditional color even if just a peakaboo or dip dye and tbh any form of short hair above the shoulders and SHORT NAILS- both of these are common ways i am perceived as the bisexual that I am lol but fr my queer ex girlfriends and friends have always said they look at them nails! For *practical* reasons

To the separate bedrooms convo: my bf and I share a room, but have separate queen sized beds pushed together. I have so much space and love that I have my bed, yet he’s still right there. It’s the BEST. I decorate my side of the room and my bed the way I want, and he has his side. I can roll over and cuddle whenever I want but also mostly have my own space and it works so well for a good night’s sleep.

to the gay person: - i hate to say it, but cuffed jeans and doc martens. bonus points for lace code - if you do your nails, make the accent nails pointer and middle finger. it's a sapphic flag rn - lavender, anything with lavender. the plant or the color. something that comes to mind is a pin of lavender, maybe next to a pronouns pin to make it extra obvious just research sapphic flagging. this has been an issue for ppl for decades now, there are so many different things you can do to signal queerness that an average floridian won't understand

For the 2 beds caller - my fiancé and I technically share a bedroom, but we also have a guest bedroom that he frequently sleeps in to get better rest. Sometimes I snore and grind my teeth, so it’s nice for him to have a bedroom to move to if that happens. It by no means is a stressor or indicator of unhappiness in our relationship, it just means we get better sleep and cohabitate together.

The way Nick described the crab risotto turning his pussy out honestly is like how my queer friends and I speak. It's Drag Race references and very sexual comparisons to everything. I almost have to code switch when I'm talking to straight friends, because I just can't call everyone bitch in a loving way, or they won't know wtf I'm talking about when I'm like "slay the house down boots" 🤣

To the one trying to do the sexy anime cosplays, here are some notes from a Japanese person (me): Please make sure you are doing cosplay of adult characters (it seems like a dumb comment to make, but so many characters are minors and look grown). Also, please make sure that your cosplays are not fetishizing parts of japanese culture (the language, etc). As well as be aware that wearing school girl outfits is like...one of THE worst things you can do. A lot of people wear school girl outfits to be sexy but I think more people need to know that in Japan, we typically only wear it to highschool at the latest-- so that's like 16 or 17 year olds. Just make sure when youre trying to be sexy and trying new things, you also keep in mind the culture and be aware of whats appropriate to do and what isn't.
