@@citizenghosttown That was the first year of the 3 pointer in the NBA I believe...Maravich didn't take that many, but I think of the 3's he fired he hit something like 65% of them...makes you wonder what could have been...

I like Larry Bird but you can tell that Steph has made him a little bit sensitive. Every near impossible shot Bird made back in the 80's where fanatics would say there would never be another player to make shots with that level of difficulty. Steph has managed to one up Bird and therefore Larry can't even bring himself to admit Steph is the greatest shooter of all-time.
