This is a long one, but it includes a walk-around and demonstration drive of Kioti's venerable 73 HP RX7320 Power Shuttle Cab Tractor.

This is EXACTLY what I want to see! More about the 7320 cab and the TYM 754 cab. It's what I'm in the market for, and very well might come down and buy from you guys. I realize that most of your demographic probably buys a little smaller machine, in the 30-50HP range or so, so that gets the lion's share of the attention. But I'm pretty sure there are also more people like me who really enjoy garnering more information on these larger machines from you. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed this LONG video. Just bought a 7320 from a local dealer but learned a thing or two from you here. Would love to learn more about the 7340 coming out. I hope to get up to your store soon as ours is very small. You do a great job Mike! Keep it up!! I have a great picture of my dad and myself from the Southeast Ag Expo in Moultrie GA, Circa 1989. Me on a Kioti tractor and my dad nex to me in "state of the art 3D". Wish I could post it but I aint that smart.

Love my RX7320 out here in Oregon. Absolutely love shuttle shift and the thumb clutch. Just wish I could get the titan 7’ or 8’ rotary cutter. My number one request is to have you video the 50 hour service on the 7320 from start to finish and exactly what supplies that are needed. I’m sure that I’m missing grease zerts underneath the tractor. Definitely my dream tractor.

7320 is a great tractor, just a royal pain to hook up fel implements. Also don’t understand why they don’t have a tool box and a left side arm rest. That should be standard.

Mike show everyone how the seat height is adjusted by pulling up the seat which I found out after a year of owning. Manual does not explain it. Big difference and more comfortable if your tall. Also 4wd engages when brakes applied to help you stop which I found is a get feature. Love my Rx and happy very happy with it. Great video Thanks

Just ordered a RX7320 with the R14 tire option and 24speed power shuttle. Talked to a Kubota dealer a few days later and he told me the Kioti tractor is a good tractor just not a great tractor. When I mentioned the self leveling bucket loader, the lever in the rear for raising the 3pt hitch, the lift capacity, hydraulic gallons per minute, 24spd and price per value, he gave me excuses or most people don't need that or Kubota engines are better than Daedong motors. Kioti tractors are Good? but not Great? I guess I will find out. Very excited to see, drive and use my Kioti when it comes next month. EXCELLENT VIDEO by the way and am subscribed 👍

To David I just purchased with the creeper and it’s another low medium high that’s right next to the other high medium low gear selector. It just splits all your gears again giving you 24 gears. I haven’t got it home yet or driven it but in looking at helped me see how you end up with 24 gears.

Does this tractor require the DEF fluid ? Also I have the CK40 and since it has a DPF, it was recommended to run the tractor at high RPM, PTO RPM to help keep the tractor from going into regen as often. Be nice if Kioti was like the mahindra 6k series which doesn’t have DPF.. waiting on a Kioti skid steer review

I bought one of these 3 years ago. So far I have had to replace the left door latch, both side window mechs. During the first year the right fuel tank started to leak at the mid level seam. The bucket has never been level left to right, about 2 inches higher on the right. I bent the quick attach lever on the right the first time I took the bucket off, now after relieving the spring detent on the left quick attach lever I raise the bucket above me and hit the dog with a brass drift upward from below. You do not want to know what it takes to get the left dog to engage far enough to lock the quick attach lever. When crossing a ditch diagonally the right side of the front axle impacts the exhaust pipe shroud hard enough it has imprinted the shroud and exhaust pipe on the top of the axle. There is no such thing as fresh air in these unless you open a door, side windows are mostly worthless. Even though you have a damper just above and behind your head, look up through the damper and you will see nothing but the fan intakes. It has 4 filters for outside air, these are amazingly small, take care when servicing these, 2 of mine could not be remove due to the thread anchor just spinning and could not be removed. The A/C and heater worked great for the first year after that it slowly lost air flow, it took me 2 days to get to the condenser and clean it, it was 90 plus % plugged with dried mud (dirt dust, organic dust and the water that condenser removes from the air). You don't want to pay a shop to fix this, likely cost you $1000 in shop time. Now the tires, yea the plastic ag tires that came on it, they rattle the shit out of you and the tractor. When moving around my farm (71 acres) I have to crawl along or go like a bat out of hell to keep the tractor from vibrating apart, I can't tell you how many screws, bolts and nuts I have had to tighten up. This spring I purchased 2 implements that required the use of the remotes. First day I used the remotes it blew the O-Rings out of the cap piece of the remote valve stack. The O-rings are out of stock and on order. But the best part, the US warehouse has them back ordered to the factory (So Korea). First time I changed the Hydraulic/trans filters I broke 3 filter wrenches and a half dozen razor blades. I ended up taking it to a machine shop to have them removed/replaced. It seams that they (the factory) paints the assembly after filters are installed with some really tough paint, hence the wrenches and razor blades. This I hear is a very common. It more often than not goes in to regen while I am cooling down the turbo prior to shutting it down. I cancel the regen but it immediately goes back into regen, so up goes the RPM for 15 plus minutes and then another 15 to cool down ... at the end of the day, sucks is an a mild response. In the end, the MF 285 I bought used with over 3000 hours in 1998 still is by far a more reliable tractor. On a final note, most of these problems were to be addressed over 2 years ago, but the day the tractor was to be picked up, the dealer dropped from the face of the earth. No word from them and I could not contact anyone that had any answers. So when the remotes went south I ordered the O-rings and in passing I asked if they had a left fuel tank and now it is in the shop, I am told that I won't have to pay for the fuel tank. So don't count on the warranty, 1 year on the front end loader. Oh the dealer, Rocky Mountain Tractor in Salt Lake City, Utah, it appears that they are more into golf carts now.

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
@rickielarson4069
@rickielarson4069 8 ай бұрын
@@LSE_TRACTOR Other than rain water getting between the remote valve bodies and rusting the surfaces together of same requiring resurfacing of not only the remote valve bodies, both sided, the cap and housing surface the play wasn't all that great, as a matter of fact I don't even remember what it was about, other things on my mind. When I purchased the tractor I also purchased every part/shop manual there was for the tractor and loader, Hundreds of $, like almost $500. Maybe you can answer two simple questions "Why is it that one manual recommends 800 hours and another 1000 hours for checking valve lash?" and "Why is it that I can take a part number, say the right fuel tank, which I did over 2 years ago and find it has been superseded not once, but twice?" I have found that not one of the part numbers in the Parts Manual is good. And while we are at it, Do you know why when having an attachment on like a ditcher, that needs to float side to side it will float ok one way, by is limited the other, I know is has something to do with the LH Lift Rod Assembly and the dicked up angle the top ball socket is welded on. Kinda along the same line, do you know why when using an attachment that requires level adjustment left to right, say a box scraper or blade, you have to make the left side the low side, I do. The right side will float 2 inches up because the bad design of the RH Lift Rod Assembly, more accurately the Ball, Lift Rod Joint and the Lift Rod Gear Case folds upward when it touchs the ground. Go ahead and try it, put a blade on one of your tractors, run the right side down and lower the blade to the ground and see. Hell it easer just to set the blade down, turn off the tractor and adjust the level and watch the thing fold up. Hell I just gave you two massive improvements for the 3 point lift system, could make you King Of The Shop if you are a wrench twister. And if you are just a salesman, two points to avoid in your demonstrations. Crap, one more how about making the front work lights adjustable sideways, I like to know what I am turning into or to follow marks on the field. As they are now with the bucked down your vision is messed up by the reflection from the headlights, and with bucket up you vision is messed up with the reflection from the frontend loader frame. Ok, work at night with the bucket up and don't use the work lights, yea right. Or take the loader off at night.

Thank you Mike! In your professional opinion, are the Kiotis hands down a better tractor than the TYM??
@LSE_TRACTOR
@LSE_TRACTOR Жыл бұрын
The quality is equal between the two. There are tractors from both companies that seem to offer more in their particular segments. For example, the TYM 5835 Power Shuttle tym.world/en-us/products/tractors/compact/series-3/5835/ is without peer in the 58 HP range. Similarly, the Kioti CK-20SE Cabs have no equal.

I wish you'd have kept with the current theme of your videos, where you gave numbers for this machine (as equipped), and also given numbers for your "pick 3 or pick 5". Or is this machine not included in that same program or format? To me, a potential buyer of this machine or something in the same series/family, I'd have really appreciated seeing numbers for cost and payments.

The Fulcrum is the fixed pivot point, so it's on the rear wheel housing. What you are calling the fulcrum is the effort point. The end of the 3PL arm is the load point. It's a Class 3 lever. Just saying.
