I did it today twice as my 1h planned workout for a day It's really great and I was happy that i can actually do this becaue I tried a lot workuts but mostly failed because I couldn't do the moves and was really hard but this time was different I'm going to stick with these workouts and also use other simple workouts like this rom you And I was really sweating a lot Thank you

+Anaestasia Jackson I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Honestly, it's hard to estimate exactly how many calories are burned because there are so many varying factors from person to person such as weight, energy expended, etc., but a good estimate would be around 250-350. Hope that helps. =) Reply ·
