We need more like this Jenny! Really gets the HR up but without complicated combos. Have repeated this workout so many times.

Wow Jenny...you never cease to amaze me...I was skeptical at first when I saw this workout only had a time of 22 minutes...but OOOH BOYYY...what an intense legs on fire workout that was!!!...It just proves that workouts don't have to be 1 hour to be effective....definitely saved this one in my arsenal of Jenny workouts.. I am literally pouring with sweat as I type this comment...lol...Thanks again Jenny..you're AWESOME!

Jenny, this workout is quickly becoming one of my favorites. It is a good intensity and the length is perfect for before work, and keeps me energized for the rest of the day. We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. kzbin.infoUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

Fun vertical step routine. So thankful to you Jenny, found you during the pandemic of 2020 and with intermittent fasting I lost 50 pounds and became more fit. Love sweating with you in your workouts. I still come back to this workout frequently after 3 years, because I love the 20-25 minute time frame, and the vertical step. It would be great if you would make one of these vertical step videos for the new batch of viewers. I find the intensity to be perfect for the short time frame workout.

loved this workout. Has to be one of my favourites. All I can say is since starting your step workouts back in August I have lost a total of 42lbs. I've never felt so great in all my life. So a massive thank you, and looking forward to the new videos coming out.

Love, love, LOVING your workouts. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my back last year, so a lot of twisting, bending cardio moves aren't okay for me. Your step workouts are perfect! Love that I can feel fit and get a great workout without burpees or windmills!

Damn my lady, you inspire me so much. You are older than me but I know you are one of the first step aerobic trainers from the 80s onward. I was taking classes here and there back in the 90s, I hates the instructors so much, not personally but during class. Always so much choreography and dance moves that I just could not stay on beat. I spent more time trying to figure out what they were doing vs actually getting anything but anger out of workout. So I gave it up. I started Tiebo instead with Billy Blanks. I rocked at that till I got sciatica so bad but didn't stop till ten years of pain before I realized I had to find other exercise to live with chronic sciatica. Anyways so up till 2019 when lock downs happened I been doing pilates, aerobics, HIIT, etc with KZbin. It wasn't till then step classes started popping up all over yet many instructors were doing less choreography and more basic but hardcore workouts. I got me a step and am loving it. My goal is to get to the point that I can talk whole time while keeping up with you. My other favorite is Jenny Miller, all muscle no dance. Thank you.

Oh man it was so strange, every time you asked (you okay ?) Was the exact moment I stopped, so strange but awesome These short vids are awesome, I do them after doing a 30 minute Marching video, makes a great workout. Then I finish with some yoga

I really liked the video. It was fun and pretty easy to follow, plus it made me sweat quite a bit. But my legs didn't really feel tired afterwards, even though I had some ankle weights on. I feel like my weight is fine (around 46 kilos/101-103 pounds), but I would like to add some muscles...especially in my legs and bum! Should I add heavier ankle weights, try a weighted west or do you recommend another video for me? Anyway, thanks for the video. It was really fun to follow :-)
