I have just started to teach a class of total beginners and thought that my usual very dancey routines would be too much for them, this is perfect! Just proves that even after teaching for 20 years going back to basics is often the way! Thanks Jenny PS Love your Step by the way

I was so tired before starting your marching workout, but as I was doing it, I finally got an energy spurt and feel so much better. This workout was just enough to get my blood flowing, muscles loosened up, and a jolt of energy to finish my day. Thank you so much!!!

Wow, these are the kind of workouts I like. Even as a young millennial, I put this over the gym any day. I have not sweated so much on a work out for a long time. This is becoming my number 1 cardio workout video. I do your other (no equipment) cardio videos too but this is by far the best. The simplest and the best

I liked the intensity of this workout from the beginning to the end. I appreciated that you didn't have commercials in the middle. I was on another walking site that I liked as much as you, but then it was broken by commercials. They lost me. Then I found you. Thank you for the good workout.

Hi, Jenny, first of all I want to thanks you, for all the videos that you share with us :) I'm on a diet, and your rutines help me to complement it. I´d started with 1 rutine (30 min aprox) but now, I'm working 1 hour and 30 min (three rutines) and... I lost 13 lb and counting!!! Thanks, thanks, thanks!!!

Jenny I just want to say thank you. I thought I was going to fall apart sitting and doing nothing without any motivation and developing all kinds of sicknesses. Body wrecked with pain. All I do is drive every day and I've been in pain for the last two years and gained over 40 pounds. In a matter of three days watching you I feel so much better. My body is starting to relax and far less tense. I can't thank you enough.

Did this today, loved it. Very basic moves but the repetitions made it quite a workout. Was so easy to follow from start to finish.

I like your marching exercises. It make me sweat! Which is good. I can workout at my own apartment without jumping so much to disturb my neighbor. Please make more marching videos. It's so easy to follow. I like the rate you go at. Other videos are slow for me and my heart rate doesn't beat as high.

A excellent workout for beginners or if you have joint issues. It was too easy for me. And I think its because I have more experience with more intense walking workouts. Thank you Jenny for providing another option.

This was a great workout! My knees hurt from arthritis & aerobics usually aggravates it. This workout really had me sweating but it was fun!

Jenny, I love your videos. I came across them on Amazon Prime and have been doing a few for the past 2 weeks. I am a 68 yr old woman with bad knees. This is just the right amount of effort for me. Your videos are wonderful for people like me. Thank you so much. It's helping me my weight loss to start moving down again after a several week stall.

This is a fantastic morning booster! The music and the moves mingled perfectly together and it was so much fun! I especially loved the hamstring curl segment (really works that neglected part of the leg) and the power segments! I can't wait to try more of your programs! :)
