Lauren, this practice was just wonderful! I am grateful for all of your videos, but this one really resonated even at two years old! I LOVED the message at the end about being perfectly imperfect 🥰 and I’ve really been thinking about how we often slip into urgency (or worry, or sadness, etc) but that’s OKAY, and that the work, the growth, the beauty, the love, comes from always working back to being centered-like a tightrope walker stretches her leg or arms out to keep balance, or trying to keep your bike tires on a painted line. The wobbles are always there and it’s impossible to always be there in the middle, but as long as we always come back to balance, we are doing just fine ❤️ thankyouthankyouthankyou 🙏🏻

Tried this one today and realised I am stiffer than a board🙈. I have always known I am not the bendy sort, but this boarders on ridiculous. Well, I have at least started to do something about it. My poses looked nothing like on the video, but I'm trying. 😆

Always when I do rhis sequence, it makes me sweat. It is cold today 2°C outside and cold inthe room where I am practicing as well. But I still feel su h a hot wave inside my body while practicing this. Anyone else?
