But it's important to remember that my circumstances don't define me and I am deserving of success and abundance. The second point resonates with me so much. The other day I sat and brain dumped everything that was making me feel stressed. I think a lot of times the things that make us the happiest (relationships, hobbies, etc.) *don't* align with the goals that we are chasing. It seems obvious to do what makes us happy yet there's a disconnect between our enjoyment and goals. Thought that would be a good idea to add onto the video.

I think the mindset of finding what bring me joy is the most important for me, because I find it causes me to put into practice a lot of the other important mindsets as well! If I am going to make my life about the joyful moments, it increases my vibration and positivity in the world, which gives me a greater mindset. Once I feel more filled with joy, i have more confidence in myself, more boldness to go after what I want and not listen to the negativity of others about my dreams! Going after joy in my life means I have to say no to things that do not give me joy or are harmful to me and others, which exercises my boundaries! One important thing I find in the joyful things is that often what brings me most joy are the moments shared with other people, are “giving back” to the world, or put me out of my comfort zone in a way that causes growth! We are all connected in this world, and I can’t truly find joy if I’m not bringing joy to the world 😘

Mindsets are everything...the mindsets we have in most cases are programmed mindsets by society, the mind works in programs and if you change the programs you change your mindset and you change your life. I'm changing my programming and cultivate strong self-belief, take responsibility mind set and raising my base vibration to joy and happiness and it's changing my life.

A mindset that I strive for every day is to be open-minded - open-minded to learning new things, new ways of thinking, that I could be wrong, that I might enjoy something new. It's important not to apply this to things that are truly a 'no' for you (boundaries) but I think a degree of open-mindedness ties into a growth mindset.

Another great mindset that you need to have to live your best life is that We are all imperfect, but that is what makes us perfect. Understanding that We all have flaws and we should embrace them as they are a part of who we are. No two humans are completely alike so there is not a specific way to do certain things or a specific way to be. we are all unique, we all have different journeys and none of us is perfect. If we were perfect we had no obstacles, nothing to learn, nowhere to strive to, we were all the same, perfect. And that is why being imperfect is so perfect, we can grow, learn, and become better.

MY FAVORITE IS, it all starts with the mind. Everything around us started with a thought. It's important to put ourselves first because really, when you finally get to say "NO" to someone, you'll never know if after that, they're gonna think bad of who you are. People often will ONLY see the wrong things you do. And how crazy that saying "NO" can be a form of self-care too? 💋 IT'S A WAY TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM PEOPLE THAT ARE BEING THERE "JUST" BECAUSE THEY GET BENEFIT FROM YOU - not because they love you.

What I learned along the way is that I no longer necessarily strive happiness. Because life is full of ups and downs, you can't realistically be happy and cheerful all the time. I learned that while trying to be happy constantly, I started suppressing feelings like anger, sadness, exhaustion. These emotions might seem negative and don't feel very comfortable but they are here to help me. Help me perceive the world realistically and I want to embrace even the darker side of myself, for it's inside me for a reason. Why fight and surpress feelings instead of giving myself time to feel them? What I started actually chasing instead, is a state of serenity and acceptance, tolerance. I've noticed that peacefulness has grown to be the most important thing for me personally.

I’ve done a lot of inner work this last year and sometimes people don’t understand it because they are used to your old you, so one mindset I’d suggest is that you don’t need the opinion of others on whether or not you’ve made changes to validate it if you can feel it yourself, idk if it’s great advice or makes sense, but just something I’ve come to notice 😅

You are so pretty, inside and out. I love you, may you take as much time as you need to create a more peaceful life, you deserve it. I love all of these mindsets they are all so important and valuable, for where I am on my journey, I think my favorite mindset is to trust in the universe and understand that everything is happening for my greatest good, in perfect timing and way: even if there are moment where I don't see it, it all works out for me. thank you so much for reminding me that, and for this beautiful calming video, Sending so much love, Talia.

Your videos your love. So much of positivity. Thank you so much. Also i wanted to share this about my family members constantly criticising me. Its like whatever i do is never enough for them. My eldest literally everyday finds faults in me in anything and fights with me over small matters but with others she is kind and all.
