I don’t know but when I clean my life just feels so organised and better. Being in a dirty room just adds to my depression and makes me sadder if that makes sense. I should probably get rid of my dark purple curtains too. I read somewhere that brightly lit rooms can make you happier.

I tried the "clean in 10 mins" and I am wowed by my work. In 10 mins, the clutter that I was procrastinating for weeks are almost gone. And my room started to look better, a lot better actually. The stockup pile on my table are gone, the things inside my travel bag from last week vacay are putted out, etc. And the good thing is, I even manage to extend for 5 mins! Thank you so much for this idea. Aside from it feels less overwhelming, it is effective. Gonna continue this.

This was awesome. I suffered from a major accident at a business I used to own. I was burned with sulphuric acid. 30% of my body was burned. I now suffer from anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I also have been getting a lot of health complications since then also. I do not want these negative aspects of my life to get in the way. I have already started to drink more water. I have started to work on my eating habits. These suggestions definitely resonated with me. I need to work more on my mindset and get back into reading again. It is my goal to help people who struggle with their mental conditions and to do so I must always be striving to improve. Thank you for sharing.

I'm for sure going to start trying this out tomorrow morning. Can't wait to see how I feel once I'm done. However I love the video and plan to strat putting all these habits into my daily life style so thank you, your amazing I truly appreciate this life lesson especially with the new journey I'm on in my life this new year. I'm a move of five so it's not always easy to get that free time or just that one on one time with ourselves we all deserve and truly need but I plan on doing so a lot more this year. 😊

I hate sitting at my desk all day so moving around more is a definite. Visualizing my dreams will drive me to do what I need to do.

I believe that doing the "leg up the wall" pose before going to sleep is maybe not the best idea. It is considered to be an energizing pose because it make your blood flow from your legs to the rest of the body. Actually, when people faint, it is recommended to put their legs up. So, doing this during the evening will maybe disturb your sleep. That is why I would recommend doing it in the morning, it would make sure that not only your mind wakes up but your body too.

It’s sad that everyone at the end of 2019 was like: 2020 is gonna be the best year! It’s already so sad and we’re only halfway through June.

Hey dont worry, just try thinking about the positive things that come out of what is happening i know it can be overwhelming at first to me it was also, even though it may seem everything to be negative think about what makes you happy and do it and what doesn't try to get away of it

Same for me. I feel so overwhelmed if my room is not clean and also feel overwhelm when I have to clean a lot.
