@The LoLmaN The round off advice!!! Thanks a ton man! At first I didn't believe it! I felt like I could never jump right after the round off into the next move but after several attempts I got into it and it helped me a lot both physically because of the momentum and mentally because of the flow that makes one less scared.

Just a tip from someone who has their backhandpsring and has had it for years, from doing 2:38 it can cause you to have a crooked backhandpsring and that's not what you want because it can lead to back problems if you want you back handspring to drill from tumbling videos (not trying to hate) just want people to have nice skills while being safe ❤ and cause you to favor one side over the other, I know this from experience
@SMJSelena4 жыл бұрын
Then what is a betyer way to go about it? Any video recommendations?
@brookewells55264 жыл бұрын
@@SMJSelena well I recommend just getting spotted by someone you trust that's what helped me because I went to a gymnastics class but that's obviously hard around this time 😂, so if you do want to watch videos on how to get a bhs I suggest watch gymnast videos or if you have cheese mats those can really help with drill and stuff because there typically are better tips in those videos, sry if this didn't help I learned mines a different way so....hope you get your bhs soon! 😊

Guys, I'd appreciate any advice! How to get from 3:56 to 4:10. I'm stuck somewhere between those two. My back handspring is still sideways and crooked. My body still kicks the right leg up before the left one like in the previous steps which leads to the twist to the side. How to make it straight? I am trying to focus on jumping straight but when I look at the video I see how terribly twisted I am. I've been practicing this for weeks and can't get any further. Thanks!
