Namaste, yoga poses that incorporate inversion, like the dolphin and downward-facing dog pose, forearm balance, handstands, headstands, shoulder stands, and wall t-stands, can have the opposite effect and should be avoided by glaucoma patients because they increase pressure in the eye

@@nikitahajbe1726 sugar is poison. Do you live in India? Even natural sugar in milk and fruit are not good for health. Do not eat too much fruit. Grain have sugar too. Do not eat too much. If you have sad life stories, you can talk to church or temple people also. Pray, pray to God. God will show you the way. Google and KZbin will teach you about the harmful effects of sugar.
