I've always wondered why people say happiness is the ultimate goal of life. Now I see how it might not be the ultimate goal but a basic necessity for our brain!

I was a brilliant student but now I am afraid of every single small exam that I am preparing for. I also understand that failures are necessary to move on to next but I am stuck at a place since lockdown. Whenever I try to practice questions my mind says “ why are you preparing when you know you are going to fail “ . Same thing happens in exam hall. I do not understand that I don’t have any family or societal pressure but still my mind is working against me. I always try to get better in life , trying to be happy but when I look into my books or at the end of the day when I summarise my day I feel like a failure 😞. That’s how mind affects you.

😂same thing happened with me from lockdown but i have healedmyself through sprituality and meditation i will pray for you to god as I am very much aware of the situation how one feel and believe me only yoga, sun bath, meditation, clearlity towards goal with pure intension and a goal can save you big goal by the way you can follow some guru like guru pashupati, saurabh gandhi, and most important introspect why you feel like this about exam because it could also be because of childhood trauma in my case it was due to my 10 th board result the emotions which i feel when I was a teenager in 10 th board expecting good marks but nothing get expected and this trauma was controlling me subconsciously so that's why write this question in your dairy from where this fear is coming and mostly you will find it in your earlier days of life ask me if you have and doubt

Dear Dr. Siddharth, I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for helping me gain a deeper understanding of how the brain functions. Your knowledge and insights have been incredibly enlightening and have given me a newfound appreciation for the complexities of the human mind. I first discovered your work through Sandeep Maheshwari's show, and your approach to explaining intricate neurological concepts in a simple, accessible manner truly resonated with me. The way you broke down complex topics into understandable parts was both impressive and inspiring. You provided a clear view of how various brain processes interconnect to influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Thanks to you, I now have a better grasp of how our neural pathways impact everyday actions, motivations, and even our mental well-being. Your dedication to helping people understand such a fascinating field is evident, and it has motivated me to learn even more about neuroscience and psychology. I am truly grateful for the time and effort you invest in making these subjects accessible to a broader audience. Thank you for making a profound impact on my journey of self-discovery and understanding. Warmest regards, Your student Dev Love you sir❤
