The first time I ever seen Lee Van Cleef was in The Good, The Bad & The Ugly, then the bounty hunter in one of those "Dollars" Films with Clint. Then at some point I watched High Noon and spotted him there! Then Escape From NY, Death Rides A Horse, etc. I haven't seen everything he's been in but I'm working on it! I've always said that, in the movies, you can't have an effective hero without an exceedingly great bad ass bad guy. Lee Van Cleef is just that good :) RIP.
