It's because some of these people spend most of their time and a good portion of their money constantly watching certain streamers. (Totally disagree with the entitlement still) But I'll also say that I've worked years in food service, and many people feel like the fact that they've paid means they can treat me like shit and ask for more than I'm reasonably expected to give. Your comment almost comes off as if customers in food service aren't also incredibly entitled to their service. Maybe not in pizza delivery, but after working in restaurants, fast food, buffet, and even stocking groceries, I can tell you that customers with unreasonable entitlement are a daily occurrence.
