just wanted to say thank you so much. you helped me destroy my negative linkage of weight loss with workouts. I always look forward to working out first thing in the morning because your workouts somehow make me feel so happy and productive throughout the day. thank you sooo much!❤️

I don't understand all this skipping? you skip a movement before it's complete (to save one second), and this "you start with the right leg, you end with the right leg" should you not end with the left leg? I'm new into this so I'm not so sure about it.

Have you checked out my morning workouts? They are all amazing for when you are on your period, it’s what I use. They are all calm feel good exercises. Give them a try ☺️
