Love this one, it feels so good! Im really aiming to be able to do that final position like you do. Right now i think my hips and hamstrings are too tight, but hopefully doing these workouts every day will help eventually 🎉

I first watched these videos thinking they're for someone who's a beginner. I needed something that would make me sweat. These work outs are really good! I was surprised how much they actually do. I have now incorporated some of these moves in My daily work outs. Very awesome stuff super easy and super effective 👌 👍 👏 😀

you great workouts, for small spaces, for beginners ... superb cuing, great timing one quick request : can we change the music to something more neutral .... the R&B song at the background sometimes can be annoying for some (so sorry) otherwise I already subscribed to your channel
