Love your workouts. Ladies these workouts on her channel are the best kind of workouts for metabolic restoration and for hormone overloads. Couple this with balanced high fiber meals and walking for your cardio you will drop lbs!! I’ve lost 22 lbs since 5/17/20

That's amazing. Congrats. I do primarily weight training too and post my favorite exercise on KZbin to share with everyone so they can get stronger. And, you're right. Eating whole foods, that contain lots of fiber, is great for weight loss.

This is my favourite workout for years. I stopped exercising for a while due to pregnancy and postpartum . My baby is now 7 months old , and I cried a little after doing this workout it made me feel strong again cause I felt weak for what it feels like years. Thank you always for your amazing workouts ❤❤

love this one Heather! I also really appreciate that you included a stretch cool down at the end. Sometimes I skip them when they aren't included in videos but when you're there with me it makes me slow down and take better care of myself. 30 minute focused videos are my favorite!

Today was leg day and I’m so happy you uploaded this new leg workout. I love love 💕 it’s 20 plus mins but it kicked ass. Heavy weights only 2 plyo moves. 2 circuits with 5-6 moves done twice each before moving to the next circuit. Love this w the upper body strength workout. I combined it. I’m drenched HR went up to 167. Thanks heather

Thanks for the workout. I would much prefer it if you would speak to explain the exercises, this means I don’t have to keep watching the screen to see what to do, especially in the warm up and cool down, but also means you could give tips on good alignment to ensure correct posture etc
