‎Hello #sveltecrew !
Who wants to tighten up and tone those inner thigh muscles? I know I do! Coach Mere here, with another great workout for you! We don’t need the gym… We can do this right in your living room! I’ve chosen 5 “kickin” moves that will get your blood pumping and help you look amazing in shorts and skirts.
Do this twice a week and you’ll make good progress in building toned legs and even help reduce that knee fat that is so difficult to burn.

Every time I do crab kicks I twist my knee. How can I modify it and still get the benefit?

Any movement is good movement ! Depending on how you modify it would tell how more, less or equal it is beneficially. For example if you choose to not lift your hand it's pretty much the same, but if you choose to sit down it would give you less of the benefit. At the end of the day though, you have to start somewhere, just take it at you own pace and get the job down 💪
