Tuxedo Cat sold 30k copies on Amazon in past month. Dark Falcon sold 10k. Amazon is a great way to see how well sets are selling, and it’s often very surprising.

I just found the dark falcon at Walmart for half price and I flipped it on eBay for $160 plus shipping. I was super satisfied with my flip.

Love these "Best Seller" videos. The most important lesson I learned in college was: "Figures don't lie... but liars figure!" I really want the Notre Dame Architecture set, but why won't they price drop. Surely, they are not selling a ton of these at $230.

Not at all but be careful since that rise in sales is prob holiday induced. I can tuxedo cat doing well just on the sheer number of cat ppl. I may get some if I can grab it 35% or greater discount on the last yr before retirement

Hey buddy you need to cross reference these sets with Amazon numbers. The botanical crysathamum is selling 20k units a month also the Van Gogh is selling strong. Hard to go to Lego store for an hour and gauge sales

The fortnite Battle Bus is gonna go crazy when it retires if it retires in 3 years or less. Minifigs are all exclusive and the Battle Bus is the Icon.

I agree, it definitely doesn’t reflect the Best Sellers. The range of themes is so broad that it seems more aimed at shoppers who are unfamiliar with Lego and just need a starting point.

The New Years Dragon is hottt🔥🔥 I bought 20 back in February for about 50 bucks each, I don't know what is going on but I have sold 15 of them in the past week for 99.99 on ebay. Crazy how somethings just pick up steam and move so fast.

During retirement I’ll purchase as many fornite sets as possible because these kids today will grow to be adults. Their nostalgia alone will garner sales eventually imo. My tuxedo cat, fat cat (RIP), was cross eyed and he was a cool ass cat. There’s a lot of cat people out there but this set was featured at Costco believe so that makes me hesitant. I think the dark falcon will do well merely for its uniqueness and the mini figs. I’ll try to get as many as possible because I don’t see them ever making this set again. I just sold it for $160 on eBay because I found it half off at Walmart. I’m down for all the art sets except for the Mona Lisa, but if it hits half off I’d do a bricklink part out deal. C-3PO is gonna be hot when it retires. A beloved & iconic character so it’s gonna be hard for me not to think it won’t do well. Notre Dame is gonna be a hit when it goes to retirement. City Markets gonna do well I may pick up one or two. I think the botanical lines are solid too.

I bought a dark falcon for my kid for Christmas from amazon and when received, the box was open. It wasnt missing anything but I wanted a sealed copy. Amazon let me keep it and sent me another one as well. I even told them I had no problem returning it. They said its okay, keep it. 2 for 1 😂

Hey boss interesting vid i never see anyone do this kind of comparison vid. Btw its pronounced chris-san-the-um lol. I cant spell it without looking at it tho. Tuxedo cat i think will do ok in the aftermarket. If just 5-10% of cat owners collect/buy lego i think youll see a market. I agree starry night is epic...my goal is to losd up if i can get it around $100-120. Same fore the dark falcon. Def keeping 1 for myself too lol.

C3P0 is a pass for me ..I see a lot of ppl with chewie/C3P0/and the $99 R2 together for display and they are scaled right. I just think those characters are played out. They don't even really appear much in the shows or movies. Chopper would be a better buy imo

Botanical Garden, I would buy for myself, not for investing. Supply llama, wouldn't buy. Santa's Post Office, I like it but won't get it. X-Men Mansion, I bought day 1 and also got GWPs. Retro Radio, it's cool but probably not for the younger buyer so not good for investing. Concorde not interested in buying. Tuxedo Cat, people love their pets... cats or dogs. I however don't like animals or people turned into bricks. Chrysanthemum is a beautiful set. I got it on sale, I think it would be good for investment. Avengers Tower I bought 1 for investment at a very good price. I think with the minifigure count it's good. Vincent van Gogh - Not a fan of artwok Lego sets. Mercedes AMG - I will wait for a sale, I like Speed Champions. Dark Falcon, I will wait for a sale. Super Mario and Hokusai - Won't buy either set. C3PO - If the price is right I would buy 1. Snow White and everything after - Not in my interest except the following. Stitch, Not in a million years. Speed Champions, Jabba's Barge, and Pirate Ship, are all yes for me.
