This is amazing! That actually teaches me a little. I like the "frame by frame" idea. Also, this is really smooth and looks very realistic. Keep up the awesome work!

Good job! One thing I would suggest is lowering how far the arms swing, if you make them move less using the same amount of frames I think it would make the animation look smoother. Of course, if you were going for a more cartoony sort of run then the dramatic arm swing might be good.

I actually appreciate that. But it does seem that all you have done is criticize and I am sorry, I have not seen you do a better walk or run cycle. Plus, I am doing somethings different than others so we develop our own style.
