Markiplier​​ I wanted to adress of few of these things, it's made me slightly sad that you feel this way, and I'd like to tell you my view of it if you don't mind. No matter what side of the situation we stand on, the giving or receiving end, it will be different, and there are even small borders between each kind of giver and taker on each side too. I'm in the small space where I can't give much, and I feel as if that space is covered by a thick one way glass wall with two holes in it, I can see you, and your hole in the glass is huge with no filter, so I nothing but the best of you, but my hole is smaller, and filled with filters and lit matches, with all of us trying to give something back, things end up becoming shredded or burned, never making it to the other side of the glass. It's hard to see you becoming complacent, and I really hope that you're strong enough to keep youself the way you are. Do you really believe that we don't see you as a human, that we've started to idolize you? If that's the case, than we'll start making our efforts to see what we're doing, after all, wear, tear and time can dirty the glass we look through. All that's needed from us is a new look, a way to wipe the glass clean and see you clearly again. Myself, I've been hoping that I still see you the way I did when I first met you, the untainted and original version of you I remember. The guy who isn't afraid of what people think of him. I only look to you when I know you can help, which happens to be quite a lot in my case. What do you believe people see you as, rather than who you really are? I see you as a friend, someone close who was there for me when others were to afraid to reach out. You're also flawed, as you said yourself, sometimes I don't understand you, or your decisions, but that doesn't change who you are to me, after all, that's a part of human nature. If we didn't have our flaws, this world wouldn't make any damn sence, and I'd just be more lost than ever. Aside from the fact that it's just not possible to go without mistakes and flaws. Mine are that I'm afraid of being hurt, so I find it hard to reach out when I want to meet someone, I'm addicted to the friends I have, never really wanting to leave them, treating them like sisters rather than friends, which I'm scared might make them think I'm clingy. I speak too much for my own good, but it's better than being silent forever like I used to have to be. My past is littered with scars and burns, engraved in my memory amd sometimes on my skin, but I put on a smile and a shirt with long enough sleeves to cover them, and I go through my life pretending to smile for people I don't like. I'm a marionette in a way, a puppet for others to make dance how they see fit. When I was younger, I tried to cut my strings, which led to things that eventualy sealed my lips for quite some time. I'm still slightly twitchy, afraid of becoming the girl I had to be in order to survive, a silent girl who had iron skin, her heart was hard to get to, and she reacted violently to avoid looking weak in front of people. If she cried in front of others, and anyone said a word, asked her if she was okay, she'd lash out at them, scaring them, causing herself more trouble than ever. Eventually the strain I put on myself was killing me, and I've only ever talked with close friends about this recently, but I was going to kill myself. I was hated most places I went, looked at like a wounded animal, something pathetic that needed to be put out of its misery. I planned on carrying out that wish, but I was still just a weak girl beneath all the armor I wore around others. In couldn't make myself die, no matter what I did. I'd tried suffocation and drowning, cutting and hanging myself, but always at the last moment I'd rise for air, drop the knife or pull myself out of the noose before I jumped, and it ashamed me. I was done trying to dance, my strings were frayed, and I was tired, so I decided the only way I was getting away with my death was to die after falling from a high place and splattering on the ground. If my choices had been differnt, you would have seen a report on the news two years ago, "Girl dies after jumping from the second floor baloney of the Pacific View mall in Ventura" I still remember my plans, and I still remember the girl I was, she still lives in my head, and when I become truly scared out of my mind, when something really bad happens, she comes back, a girl who felt she wasn't worth anything, who truly beleived in her heart that killing herself would have made things right. You changed her mind for just long enough to help her see she wasn't dead yet. The night before I had planned to die, I was up watching videos, looking for a little smile before I left the world. After a while of browsing I told myself,"One more, than it's over." That last video was called Amnesia: A Late Night Drink. The first video I saw of you brought back the girl who had been buried by the rubble of her pains, a happy and smiling child who never cared what others thought of her, who would sing with her mom late at night after her brothers had fallen alseep, and who sings again in front of others now. A girl who walked around without the faintest trace of a shirt of pants when she could, and who wishes she still could now, simply smiling in memory of that time instead. A girl who wasn't afraid to cry with others, who had wondeful friends who understood her and loved her despite how crazy she was. I missed out on a part of my life, happy moments buried alive by all the bad ones, she misses them now and stays as close as she can to the ones she has now. I wasn't myself till I saw someone who was the equivalent of what I was before my heart gave up. You bring me hope that I can play my cards right, and thaf everything can turn out right. Without these flaws and dark mistakes in my life, I wouldn't be tbe same girl I am now, I'd possibly be dead, rotting in a grave six feet under, leaving bloddy marks in my skin or someone elses if I had failed that way too. I'm afraid of how I could have turned out if I hadn't found you, and I wanted to thank you for stopping me, and making me think. That's all that had to be done, but no one saw what it was that I needed. You made me stop, reevaluate what I was doing. The girl I used to be snapping awake and wondering why she'd ever think of doing something so stupid. You're someone I've come to care for like a brother or friend, you make me smile and laugh again, and all I want is to do the same. The fact that you feel this was hurts me, and I wish there was a way to let you known I'm here. Please don't stop being happy, if your hurting, say something, we'll understand and let you figure things out. As far as seeing you differently, I still see you the same way as I did two years ago, an amazing guy who pulled me put of a dark place and stood me on my own two feet, you let me decide weather or not I should walk forward, or just lay back down and die. Holy hell.. I remember having a MASSIVE Lego collection.. used to build trains, including one large one that I think of as "Train-fort Kickass".. the thing was made of a mix of colors (I was young and stupid.. cared about the shape and not color) built like a nightmare on electric wheels. Not one, not two, and I'll be damned, not even 5 floors on this monster.. 10 layers stacked high. We're talking about the real world equivalent of a 10-11 story building that is crawling around a track that stretched around my 7 y/o self's room.. to this day, I have no fucking clue what went through my mind when I did that.. I had numerous train sets, I could have easily made a moving Lego apartment complex for shits and giggles. Excuse me, I'm going to go do something completely not related to going back to playing LEGO Jurassic World.
