This workout Is perfect for do "sitting breaks" when I have long time study . Hi from Spain 👋🏻 . Un saludo Monika. Or How do you say? "Breaking the seat? Breaking the break? 😅 Doctors and quiropractors in Spain says "sitting breaks" I don't know if Is correct 🤷🏼♀️
