Thanks for not making those weird "abs in ten days" videos and instead just name them accordingly! I have just started working out and the way you edit the videos (with the next exercise example during the break) is really helpful! Done two workouts so far, here's to the next day! 🥂🎉

I have chronic migraines. I can't do jumping, HIIT, make my head go upside down, workouts that go from floor to standing repeatedly. Its been so hard for me to workout but here you are providing me amazing workouts I can do all the way through. Thanks for making me feel accomplished every morning.

i really feel. Your workouts is a real beginner friendly specially for those have lil' time to be fit and. It gives me hope that i can do this consistently. 10mins is really enough i'm sweating real fast. I wish you make workouts for beginner targeting flabby arms and bat wings. More power. thank you for this amazing workouts.

I loved this workout as I’ve loved all the ones I’ve done. But really liked your comments telling us what to focus on because I’m a bit confused sometimes!

Phew this was hard - or my upper body is just very weak. I felt every move, who would've thought just free hand (not using dumbells) moves could me so effective for the muscles.

If your building muscle you gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat so you are doing great!
