I love your channel! Your exercises are easy-to-follow (not necessarily easy to do in 😅) and worth the time. Particularly, I love the simplicity of your approach- straight to the point and no non-sense (you simply do the. Routines and we can focus on the workout) 😀 please continue what you do and may you and the team supporting you stay well.

Just did your Pilates and then this video. (( There was no place to comment on the Pilates Video but I did want to say how much i appreciate you guiding through the exercises, being precise is important when doing exercises especially engaging abs and back too easy too get sloppy if not reminded how to do correctly)) this video here for the bum and abs was very good.
