No, I was thinking, Ace I know the sanitation on the Coleman stove is OK because you couldn’t for yourself, but I was thinking you could take out that metal plate that traps all the water and stuff and use the oven clean foam sprayed on let it sit, take it over the hose, rinse it off and practically no scrubbing and it’ll be like brand new

Try making the cakes with an oily fish like the Spanish mackerel or bluefish you catch at the coast. They have a stronger taste but the mayo and breadcrumbs tone it down but you can still taste the fish. Bream are so mild that you pretty much lose any fish flavor especially if you use a lot of mustard. Here in North Florida we love making them with smoked mullet.

I've done fish cakes with northern pike, I add onions and peppers to it, also I make different flavors from old bay to Cajun to lemon pepper, great video

Try Asian fish cakes. We call it fish cookie. You turn the meat into a paste, shape it like a cookie and cook it in a pan. Also recommend doing ike jime and shinkei jime on your fish. Especially striper.

Try using stuffing in a box add 2 eggs and fish or what ever meat u decided to use in it make ur pattie and fry on each side so good man and to make it better get some cranberries in a can and put on top

Use actual bread crumb not the larger Panko and instead of onion use green onion (shallots) and for a dipping sauce add 3tb mayo squeeze of shiracha (to liking on spice) and squeeze of fresh lime and dip you cakes in that absolutely amazing but you have to use real mayo or kupi not the egg free stuff and instead of old bay (as it’s a strong flavour) just stick to blackening seasoning and a touch of salt once served
