Lemon Parsley Mint Popcorn

How to make a Great/Unique bowl of popcorn for those movie nights or just a quick delicious snack.
Ingredients:
1. 1 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons-Olive Oil.
2. 1/3 cup-Popcorn( we used white corn ).
3. 1- 1 1/2 teaspoons-Zest of one Large Lemon.
4. 1 teaspoon-Mint.
5. 1 teaspoon-Freeze-Dried Parsley.
6. 1 teaspoon-Salt.
7. 2 Tablespoons-Sugar.
8. Red Pepper Flakes-to taste.
