he didn't intimidate professional boxers. They beat the crap out of him, in the ring. A lot of it is killer instinct, mate. Professional boxers are natural born killers - they enjoy fighting, they enjoy getting hit, and they enjoy hurting people. Nothing scares them. I suspect McClean was the same. Not many people are like that though. It's not right to enjoy violence, and enjoy being hit. So guys like Lenny could intimidate everyday people. But not professional boxers - because they're just as vicious and tough as he was
