yoo i remember my first ACTUAL sex ed in college where they told us about condoms, testing, even the syran wrap thing. It was by two women. The kicker is ... THEY WERE A MARRIED LESBIAN COUPLE! I am a prude and grew up with abstinence only "sex ed" so was pretty uncomfortable at the time. When I mentioned to my dad he says the school is corrupting me cuz it is too secular/liberal lol.

I had contracted chlamydia in 2016. I had gotten chlamydia from a guy who thinks condoms are only for people who have STDS. He has severe fetal alcohol syndrome, and type 1 bipolar disorder. He basically stopped taking his medication, had a manic episode. He was sleeping with multiple other women without protection. He basically lied to me about me being the only woman he is sleeping with. Basically the guy decided to blame me for him contracting an std.

Planned Parenthood clinics that don't offer abortion care offer STI testing on a sliding scale based on your income! Also a lot of people don't know about incubation periods, which is basically how long it'll take after exposure for an STI to be detected by a test. So for chlamydia, it's up to 2 weeks. Gonorrhea is up 2-7 days. Syphilis is up to 3 months. Trichomoniasis doesn't have an incubation period. You can call planned parenthood to find out how much it'll cost if you don't have insurance!
