I was at this conference but missed this talk (I was doing some last minute preparation for my talk that was coming up). I really wanted to hear Peter's presentation so I'm glad it's here now. This guy is a "difference maker" and we need him on our "team."

My mother was SUCH a carnivore! She actually craved red meat most of the time. When I was in my teens, I enjoyed tasting raw hamburger with her (1960s when meat was much safer). By the time I reached my 20s, I began craving meat as well. I’ve tried eating more plant-based foods as I’ve aged, but I have to say, I always feel physically better after having a steak.

MISSION! I EAT The COWS that graze freely in the parks of CAMBRIDGE, UK; Midsummer Common, Grantchester Meadows etc. Red Poll cattle. Lady owner PEDALS around on her BIKE delivering meat and bones. I made a little video for my friends, recommended Peter Ballerstedt, and hope they will realize that the cows they cycle through every day are part of a great life cycle here in Cambridge. Rain, Sun, CO2...GRASS ... COW ... pee and poo... DINNER PLATE (cow, not pee and poo!).

Great video Dave ! My health has drastically improved as ive gotten away from plant based to increased my animal based foods to about 70 percent of my diet from mostly local frams, the other 30 percent are low carb fermented foods a few organic veggies nuts berries, NO grains, breads, pastas, prossessed foods or seed oils. And im feeling fantastic now.

Peter is a gem. Smart, informed and above all he asks interesting questions. I've read lots of people's answers over the years but Peter's questions have got me thinking far more about some issues - some I was already academically qualified in - than many of the clever answers I've got from other people.

I love spreading the news that meat is healthy and ancestral for humans. It has saved my life. I also love our extension service from Oregom State University!

How could ancestrals get nutritial ketosis if the fat content of wild animals was only 3,5% in average? (2-4%) Our domestic animals have much more fat content. Maybe that is not healthy for everyone. Also bisons in the cold präirie has only 3% fat content. Think obout it.
