suffocated inside plastic bags, ground up alive, or gassed to death by the billions yearly... that's what happens to male chicks in the egg industry. CASTRATION, tail docking, and other forms of mutilation such as teeth yanking, dehorning, beek filing, etc. are performed on other animals WITHOUT PAIN RELIEF. These are STANDARD practices done to farm animals across the globe. Look up what a gestation crate is on Google, imagine being confined there & not being able to take a step forward, backward, or even turn around. You'd think after all that they can die a peaceful death, but no during transit depending on how far away the slaughterhouse is, many of the animals die from thrist, heat, & the cold. If you watch interviews with ex-slaughterhouse workers they maintain that a lot of animals remain conscious as they're hung upside down choking on their own blood. When you buy animal products, you are funding the atrocities committed unto animals. According to the American Dietetic Association (consisting of 100,000 professionals in health and nutrition) we can thrive on a vegan diet at every stage of life: pregnancy, lactation & infancy. This is backed by the British Dietetic association, the Canadian Dietic Association, the NHS, as well as many other. Furthermore, meat consumption is absolutely devastating for the environment. The United Nation published a 40 page report titled Livestock's Long Shadow detailing every envionmental issue we face as a result of animal agriculture. The list is extensive everything from global warming, climate change, water pollution, resource depletion, antibiotics resistance, deforestation (to make room for feed crops) leading to habitat loss and species extinction at an unprecedented rate... and so on Still insist we have valid reasons for meat consumption? Look up "earthling ed ted talk every argument against veganism" he will debunk all the best points waged against veganism To the vegetatians out therewho arent aware of the cruelty of dairy and eggs. Please look up "why aren't vegans just vegetarian earthling ed" here on KZbin "...but protein, b12, dha, etc!) - See my playlist, The videos in my playlist will dispel any misconception you might have about nutrition, there's also good documentaries on animal agri. in my playlists🌱

If your ever feeling angry or frustrated, remind yourself that you are here, right now. Often nearly every time that we feel these ways is because we are too consumed on focusing on things external to our selves. We only truly have power over our individual person, but by reacting negatively to external situations, we temporarily don’t even have power over ourselves. A simple way to feel present is (there are many other ways) to simply stop what ever you are doing, and look at what ever you are currently looking at, breath in and out deeply a couple of times until you are fully aware of what you are looking at, and fully aware that you are here. Have a good day my friend 🌍

Think you for not making other people feel weird, and yes this is awful coincidental because literally today this makes four times this week I've bumped into something like this and could you not last week I had an instant with myself because over at work somebody almost lost their job and it gave me so much exciting cuz I thought it was me when in fact it was not and the reason I know that is because my employer said to me but still when I haven't really thought about it till now but thank you. Just wanted to add something else that also last week I was triggered because it's literally been a year since my mother had passed and last Friday a good friend of mine at work lost their three months old and that's just horrible there's no words for it but again thank you

2:55 With the speakers on blast, the ear picks up more frequencies than a bell! I hear Four tones at once, and it feels like a portal opening within. How strange. Is this man human still? Or something different now The first chant, blasting on the speaker, snapped the cicadas awake. The whole week they were silent up there, and they all sang with that chant ❤️ They've since become silent as I paw away at this keyboard, so it was definately your beautiful chant that woke them.

Your emotions,mental thoughts, pain are predestined 4 exact moments in our bodies uniquely and individually for us. We couldn’t cheat human. Mind processes can become avoid/addiction. Denial non attachment to truly what’s humanly going on. We are destined to ground into the body through life experience of people in our lives & situations. That’s human and real.

Law of attraction, the Santa Claus is real adult version….people are experiencing their precog/psychic abilities for future events when they “think” in their minds they think they’ve created something from what they have put out to the universe. Things are just coming for us anyway. There is a huge amount of pride & accomplishment behind “look what I created” … that’s the next humbler,you realise ahhhh my manifest powers values were a little naive !

I completed this this evening. I must ask is it normal for tears to just begin flowing? I admit I work in high stress healthcare and have difficulty letting go at the end of the day You have been very inspiring to me. I wish I could share my story. I thank you for sharing, caring and working to make a positive impact. Namaste.
@OpenUp.3 жыл бұрын
Yes, tears coming up, not by wishing it or any kind of force, are totally natural. You could see it as if your body is washing itself clean from old stuck emotions that it just doesn't need anymore. just let it happen and don't give much importance to the thoughts of what happens at that moment or after it happened. It's part of the unwinding of the suppressed pain we all carry in us. But you have to trust what you feel is right for you, so question everything I say and what others say, otherwise you will always be dependent on other people's opinions and insights. Listen to your own insights if they come, the more you listen the easier it gets. I wish you a wonderful day Stephanie😄✌
@YassinHM3 жыл бұрын
Russel, thank you for explaining and demonstrating these techniques, they're wonderful. You say you have a mental problem and I don't doubt that but isn't this making "you" into a problem? So this problem "you" and the you that isn't a problem at certain times when it doesn't occured are two different personas emanating from the same underlying place they arise from? When I lived in proximity to a Hare Krishna temple, if one went to visit at the right time, when the devotees were "dressing the Deities", you could receive one of the flower garlands - usually made of carnations in different colors - that Krishna or Radha had been wearing when the devotees replaced it with a fresh one... I always considered it a blessing to get one of them 😸 A lei from Hawaii is different but also intoxicating with fragrance...& I don't know the spiritual significance of those
